Daily Supplementation for Bikini Pros – Narmin Assria’s Supps

How does IFBB Bikini Pro and Team BPI member, Narmin Assria, use our supplements? We asked her to break down her daily stack of BPI products and explain how she uses each product. Here’s what she had to say:
“I just want to give you guys an insight of what I do on a daily basis, especially leading into a show, and how to stay lean and shredded!
So for my morning routine, especially four weeks out from a show, I start with my fasted cardio. My stack for my morning routine starts with my CLA + Carnitine. It burns stored fat for fuel to give me all that energy I need in the morning. I also do Keto Bomb™. I mix this with my coffee in the morning, but you can actually mix it with your oatmeal, or you can mix it with protein powder. I usually stick with my coffee. It helps me get that energy I need, it wakes me up in the morning, especially when I’m using CLA + Carnitine because it’s a non-stim formula, so Keto Bomb™ and coffee definitely give me the extra push I need in the morning when I’m doing cardio.
As soon as I get home from my cardio session, I typically eat another meal to keep my metabolism going. Then I take a break and I’m ready to train – and when I’m ready to train, it’s on!
I stick with Best BCAA Shredded™. I mean, four weeks out from a show, I want to be super lean. BCAA Shredded is my go-to BCAAs. I do half a scoop of this because it’s so strong! It helps me chase that pump I’m looking for, it gives me that energy and focus that I need. After my workout, I killed it, I need to fuel my body with the right supplements and the right protein. You all know you have that little window to get everything in that you need.
First, I start with my Best Creatine Defined™. This creatine is actually non-loading, non-bloating creatine. So a lot of girls, I mean including myself, I was super scared to take creatine. I would always hear people tell me, ‘Do it on your off season because you’re gonna hold a lot of water, you’re gonna bloat, you’ll look super big.’ You don’t want that, especially being four weeks out from a show.
I actually find this really beneficial for me because after doing three back-to-back shows and now going into my fourth, I feel depleted. Next, you guys want to make sure you get your protein in. Like I said, that little window, you want to take advantage of it. I give myself 15-20 minutes and I’m having my next meal.
