Sweet Tooth Cure: Sarah’s Chocolate Protein Frosty

Craving something sweet? Try BPI Bombshell Sarah Evan’s recipe for a Chocolate Frosty packed with protein!
Sarah’s Chocolate Protein Frosty:
- 12 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of Whey HD Chocolate Cookie
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 tsp granulated stevia
- 8-9 oz water
Place above ingredients in the blender in the order listed above. Blend on high until an icy, frosty mixture is made. You want it to be thick enough to eat with a spoon but thin enough to sip through a straw. Pour the frosty mixture into your glass and enjoy! As an extra bonus, I like to top mine with fat free whipped cream!
**Chocolate doesn’t tickle your fancy? You can make a vanilla version by swapping out the chocolate pudding mix with sugar-free vanilla pudding mix and Whey HD Vanilla Caramel. Or maybe you’re more of a strawberry person. For a strawberry frosty, keep the vanilla pudding mix and swap out your protein with Whey HD Strawberry Cake.”
