“The Challenge” Commercial Challenge

Team BPI athlete, Jenna Compono, just started her fifth season on MTV’s “The Challenge,” an intense competition where fan favorites fight their way through a series of challenges to win cash, prizes and of course, bragging rights.
This season, “The Challenge XXX: Dirty 30,” Jenna is headed to South America to compete for the largest prize in franchise history – $1 million! And it won’t be easy. The show will feature some of the most grueling physical stunts and mental trials yet, plus, 30 of the dirtiest, most conniving players from seasons past. Our girl seems up to the challenge though.
“’The Challenge’ is set up to be dirty, so if I don’t play dirty, I’m going to get played,” Jenna said. “I have to play like everyone else is playing. I can’t get walked all over.”

The Commercial Challenge
Pick a different exercise for each commercial break. By the end of the season, you’ll be ready for any challenge that comes your way!
Jumping Jacks (1 min.)
Mountain Climbers (1 min.)
Plank (1 min.)
Jump Squats – Perform 10 reps. Rest and repeat, but each time you repeat, perform one less rep. The next round will be 9 reps, then 8 and so on.
Triceps Dips (3×15) – Place a chair against a wall to keep it steady.
Burpees (15) – Bend down and place your hands on the floor. Explosively shoot your legs behind you so you end up in a pushup position. Jump your legs back up to your hands then jump straight up in the air, raising your arms above your head. That’s one rep.
Walking Lunge (30 ft. x 4)
Lying Glute Bridge (3×10)
